A one-day Health Check-up Camp was organised on 22 January 2026 by the Management of Lucknow Public College of Professional Studies in collaboration with the NSS Unit of LPCPS. The camp was conducted in the Incubation Room of LPCPS, Vinamra Khand, Gomti Nagar, providing a convenient and familiar venue for all faculty members, non-teaching staff, and students. The objective of the programme was to promote preventive healthcare by offering on-campus diagnostic tests and medical guidance.
Approximately 85 individuals benefitted from the camp, including nearly 48 students from various programmes of the college. Participants availed a range of tests such as blood sugar, lipid profile, liver and kidney function indicators, thyroid, vitamin levels and other routine investigations, as per their health needs. Medical professionals recorded vital parameters, collected samples, and provided primary counselling based on individual reports and observable risk factors.
NSS student volunteers actively managed registration, guided participants, maintained discipline, and supported coordination with the medical team, thereby gaining practical exposure to community health service. The Health Check-up Camp reinforced the institution’s commitment to the holistic well-being of its stakeholders and showcased the proactive role of the NSS Unit in promoting health awareness and preventive care within the campus community.
