“DISCUSSION REGARDING LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING”

Under the Village Adoption Policy (VAP), a team of faculty and students from Lucknow Public College of Professional Studies, known as VAP Volunteers, visited Fareedpur Gram Panchayat. The team consisted of ten students and two faculty members. During the visit, there was an interaction between the Pradhan Pratinidhi with the VAP Volunteers. Prof. (Dr.) L. S. Awasthi discussed with Pradhan Pratinidhi to have an understanding to work together to achieve goals of Village Adoption Policy of college and make him understand the pressing need to raise awareness among villagers in critical areas of education, health, sanitation, literacy, environmental conservation, and other related domains. The Pradhan Pratinidhi of the village lauded this initiative, acknowledging its impact on life of villagers. Dr. Ashish handed over the letter of Principal to Pradhan Pratinidhi which is duly responded by the Pradhan. A copy of both is attached.

 

विलेज एडॉप्शन पॉलिसी (वैप) के तहत, लखनऊ पब्लिक कॉलेज ऑफ प्रोफेशनल स्टडीज के वैप वॉलंटियर्स की टीम ने फरीदपुर ग्राम पंचायत का दौरा किया। इस टीम में दस छात्र और दो शिक्षक सदस्य शामिल थे। दौरे के दौरान, प्रधान प्रतिनिधि और वैप वॉलंटियर्स के बीच एक बातचीत हुई। प्रो. (डॉ.) एल.एस.अवस्थी ने कॉलेज की विलेज एडॉप्शन पॉलिसी (वैप) के लक्ष्यों को हासिल करने के लिए प्रधान प्रतिनिधि से मिलकर काम करने की आवश्यकता पर विचार रखे और यह स्पष्ट किया की शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, स्वच्छता, साक्षरता, पर्यावरण संरक्षण और अन्य संबंधित क्षेत्रों में ग्रामीणों के बीच जागरूकता बढ़ाने की एक महत्त्वपूर्ण आवश्यकता है। गाँव के प्रधान प्रतिनिधि ने इस पहल की सराहना की और स्थानीय लोगों के जीवन पर इसका प्रभाव माना। डॉ आशीष ने प्रधान प्रतिनिधि को प्रधानचार्य का पत्र दिया जिसका प्रधान ने पत्र के माध्यम से उत्तर दिया। दोनों की प्रतिलिपि संलग्न है।
